Nature of Work:
Tim serves as president of the Greek Evangelical Church North American Synod. As such, he provides leadership to all the Greek Evangelical Churches outside of Greece and Europe. This involves pastoral care, educational ministries, conflict resolution, ministerial training, and ordination. He is co-editor and book reviewer for the three biblical journals of the Evangelical Church (Astir, Thessalonians, and Light to the Nations), reviewing articles for publication. He regularly contributes to these journals and reviews Christian books written in English for the Greek community, an activity which leads to eventual translation of some of the books. Finally, he is an executive board member of Evangelical Mission to Greeks. His missionary focus is to raise funds and work with universities, colleges, and seminaries to bring Greek students preparing for ministry to America. While here, they serve in a church to develop language skills and complete their training for ministry.
