Media Communication Center Equipment Request Form

  • Reservations are made on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • All reservations are to be made 24 hours before the equipment is required. Requests for Monday should be made no later than Friday.
  • You are responsible for pickup and return of equipment.
  • Equipment checkout times are 11:30-12:30 and 4-5 Mon-Fri
  • Check-out is for 24 hours during the week or Friday through Monday on weekends.
