Leadership Minor

The interdisciplinary leadership studies minor at George Fox enables students to become more effective leaders both on and off campus. Participants develop their leadership skills through classroom study and hands on experience in leadership roles. Core requirements include leadership internship and four semesters of Leadership Seminar, a one credit student-led class that focuses on such topics as ethics, leader development, servant leadership, and transformational leadership. Students also select electives from three tracks: organizational leadership, societal leadership, and values and ethics. Jointly administered by the Communication Department and Student Life.
