Performing and Visual Arts
Welcome to the George Fox University Department of Performing Arts. We're a community of artists, musicians, and actors within the larger George Fox community, helping students develop their talents and become artists in the service of Jesus Christ.
In addition to majors and minors in the above areas, students can also construct an interdisciplinary major, which includes work in music or theatre. Students have completed interdisciplinary majors in business and music, for example, or theatre and Christian ministries.
Many students choose to major in one of the performing arts areas, but many more students from around the campus enrich their lives by performing in our vocal and instrumental ensembles or in theatrical productions.
