Elizabeth Roark, MSN, RN
Elizabeth joined the nursing department as an assistant professor of nursing in 2016. In the three years before arriving, she worked as a registered nurse at Providence Newberg Medical Center. Before that, she was an RN at the Providence Regional Medical Center in Everett. Washington, (2012-13) and an acute care nurse at the Lake District Hospital in Lakeview, Oregon, (2011-12).
She has also gained clinical internships in Newberg and at the North Colorado Medical Center in Greeley, Colorado, (2009-10). She holds a masters of science in nursing degree from Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, Connecticut, (2015), a bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of Northern Colorado (2010) and a bachelor’s degree in exercise science from Pacific University (2008).
