Bryan Boyd

Bryan Boyd is a theatre professor and the resident scenic and lighting designer. He teaches courses in theatre design, acting, theatre management, and the integration of faith and theatre. In addition to more than 40 designs at George Fox, Bryan has designed for Artists Repertory Theatre, Sound Theatre Company, Seattle Music Theatre, Northwest Children's Theatre, Western Washington University Summer Theatre, and the University of Portland. His portfolio is available at bryanboyddesign.com.

Bryan has received several design awards from the Kennedy Center American College Theater Festival, and in 2006 the Kennedy Center named him one of its 35 Celebrated Teaching Artists. In the summer, Bryan runs the Theatre Design Institute, a series of graduate courses for high school theatre teachers.
