Shawn McDonald and Phil Wickham Perform Live at Bauman Auditorium
The night that many George Fox students and residents of Newberg had been waiting for all summer long had finally arrived. Bauman Auditorium was inundated with more than 1,200 anxious fans, and with tickets having been sold out weeks in advance, many were waiting at the door for the opportunity of an extra seat.
Women's Golf Added to the George Fox Athletics Program
The women's golf team is the newest intercollegiate sport to be added to the George Fox Bruin's athletic program since the addition of the men's and women's tennis teams in 1996.
Hilbert says, "Challenges Welcome!"
Transferring to any university can be a bit of a challenge; transferring in midyear is even more of a challenge â?¦ but that is what I did. Halfway through my junior year, I decided to change schools and finish my degree at George Fox. I had two friends who attended, and that was it. One of them was an RA (Resident Assistant), also a transfer student, and he was able to find a spot for me to live in a house on campus. I showed up the day before classes started and began my journey.
President Mackey Speaks Out About Campus Life and Coffee Culture
There are many things in life that get me going - that really light my fire and cause me to get excited. Probably the least important but most relevant passion is my love of "doing awesome things." I hope this is a value shared by many of you prospective George Fox transfers because that is what I'll be spending the next couple hundred words talking about.
