Each student's academic and professional history is unique, but here are three typical scenarios we see from prospective students: a student with no credits completed, a student with about half of the prerequisites completed (46 credits), and a student with all prerequisites fulfilled (90 credits). Schedule an appointment with an enrollment counselor for a free transcript evaluation to find out how many credits you can transfer to George Fox.
A prerequisite for all majors is Writing 101 and 102. Because our major programs are writing intensive, we offer adult writing courses designed to help our students succeed. Students should expect to take these courses at the beginning of their degree, though it is possible to test out of these courses with a high writing score.
This is the estimated total amount students can expect to pay for classes at George Fox. Most students qualify for life experience credit, so we've taken the average amount awarded for each scenario and subtracted it from the totals here.
George Fox doesn't offer some of the classes needed to fulfill our ADP prerequisites. If you're starting a degree from scratch, you'll need to take a few classes at a community college before jumping into George Fox's program. But don't worry -- we'll help you get started!
