Online Management and Organizational Leadership Degree
May 2012 MOL-Online Cohort Available
A new cohort of Management and Organizational Leadership in the online format will begin May 2012, with students completing the 16 month cohort in August, 2013. All course material is completed online, with one required face-to-face weekend at the beginning of the cohort.

Be Known As A Leader
This is a bachelor's degree that allows you to be known by your professors and classmates while maintaining your busy schedule. Take a combination of classroom and online classes designed to enhance your professional competencies and management skills — all within a format that works with your busy schedule.
Designed for busy adults
- Take online courses from the comfort of your own home or any other location with an Internet connection
- Meet your professors and classmates at the beginning of the cohort during our "face-to-face" weekend at our center in Portland, Oregon (begins on Friday morning and ends on Saturday afternoon)
- Avoid hassle. All course materials are provided for you and included in tuition (no unexpected extra costs!)
- Complete your degree in as few as 16 months
Our online degree program features the same 13 courses we teach in our classroom format. The online cohort is offered each January (spring) semester (additional cohorts may be added as needed).
Goals of our MOL online degree program
Students will learn to:
- Articulate principles of organizational dynamics relating to systems, culture and environment
- Demonstrate effective communication skills and an understanding of organizational communication processes
- Compare and contrast leadership theories, models and styles
- Develop insight into personal leadership style
- Identify the dynamics of globalization and the implication for organizational strategy and operations
- Develop a working knowledge of decision-making, finance, and interpersonal and group dynamics
- Develop the analytical and research skills necessary to identify organizational problems and to formulate solutions for those problems
- Demonstrate an understanding of ethics and Christian values and their applications for organizations
