Merry Christmas from the Alumni Association The Christmas celebration at the George Fox Newberg campus has morphed quite a bit over the years but it is still one of the most important times of year for this community. It is a time, that despite the busyness, (students preparing finals and the administration preparing for Midyear Commencement) we take time to reflect and remember why we celebrate this special holiday. It is also a time that draws us all together and helps us consider that which matters most; our friends and family. As George Fox alumni you are part of the larger George Fox community. Even though you may not be able to come see the campus all decorated, enjoy the buildings shining bright with lights, attend one of the Christmas concerts or sip some of the warm drinks at the Library’s annual Wassil party, you are still very important to us. On behalf of the George Fox Alumni Association I’d like to wish you and your family a very Merry Christmas. Whatever your traditions are and however you celebrate, we hope this season is special for you, that you get to spend time with those you care about most, and that you are blessed by God’s gift of love.
