by Rich Swingle (’91)


Rich SwingleGeorge Fox alumnus Rich Swingle returns to the Wood-Mar stage in a performance of his original play. The Acts brings to life the miracles and wonder of the firstcentury church as God’s Spirit empowers his people. Featuring scenes from the life of Paul, Peter and many other characters, The Acts is an inspiring reminder of God’s work to establish his church. At the conclusion of the performance, Rich will host a short talk-back session with the audience that will feature current and alumni members of the traveling theater ministry group, the University Players.

Tickets are $10 for adults, $8 for alumni, seniors, and students, and $6 for children under 12.

Chahalem Cultural CenterJoin us for a fabulous evening of friends, food, art and music at our first-ever Homecoming Gala. This semi-formal event at the newly renovated Chehalem Cultural Center a few blocks from George Fox includes heavy hors d'oeuvres, live music, and a lot of George Fox friends–new and old!

This is the chance for members of our reunion classes (1951, 1971, 1981, 1986, 1991 and 2001) to meet up with your classmates. The center's art gallery will also feature art created by George Fox alumni.
