VARK is a questionnaire that provides users with a profile of their learning preferences. These preferences are about the ways that they want to take-in and give-out information. After completing the VARK, review the helpsheets for ideas about how to maximize your learning style.

The Learning and Study Strategies Inventory (LASSI) is designed to gather information about learning and study practices and attitudes. Contact an ARC consultant to get a registration code to take the LASSI online.
