Ken joined George Fox in the fall of 2008 as professor of management and as dean of the School of Business. He has held similar positions at Anderson University and Olivet Nazarene University. Ken has had experience developing and growing undergraduate, master and doctoral level programs. He has also been actively involved in national business higher education organizations, having served as president and then chair of the board of directors of the Association of Collegiate Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP), one of the premier international business accrediting agencies, and also as chair of the Christian Business Faculty Association.

He has received the Distinguished Service Award for ACBSP; the Richard Chewning Award for the Integration of Faith and Business from CBFA; and was the Austin/Cooper Endowed Professor of Global Business Studies at Anderson University, where he also served as dean. He has traveled and taught extensively abroad, including Russia, China, Mexico and most of Europe.

Ken and Audrey have two daughters, two sons-in-law, two granddaughters and one dog. He is an avid sports fan, and loves both the Indianapolis Colts and the Chicago Cubs.

In addition to teaching Sunday school for most of the last 25 years, Ken has also served for 30 years as part time on pastoral staffs as minister of music. “I believe that our work is a vocation, and we are called of God to prepare our best, be our best and give our best. This is how I try to interact with students and colleagues so that they will understand that the call of Christ is a call to give our best in every aspect of our lives.”
