The 40-semester-hour organizational communication major combines communication and writing courses that are particularly useful in organizational settings with marketing or management classes from the business curriculum. Graduates of the program can fill a wide range of positions, including public relations, sales, consulting, training, promotions, fund raising, and customer service. Due to the interdisciplinary nature of the major, double counting of courses will not be allowed between this major and other majors.
