Where are you from?

Silverton, Ore. On a farm in the heart of the Willamette Valley

What is your favorite hobby?

I have just recently fallen in love with water skiing. There's nothing like being out on a lake flying across the water. Combining is a close second.

What is your favorite book?

Life of Pi. It is creative in ways I could never even dream of being.

What is your favorite sport?

Basketball.

What is your favorite kind of nut?

I'm going to take the high road and say Pistachios.(see: Mandee's bio)

If you could drive any vehicle what would it be?

A Volkswagon Rabbit pickup or Eleanor. Either would do.

What is your favorite childhood nickname?

Littlebuddy. I'm a twin and so the older guys in school came up with a generic nickname that they could call both my brother and I.

What is your favorite thing about George Fox University?

I love the community at Fox. I really connected with a couple of my professors and a good group of friends when I was a student here (class of '08). They made a difference in my life that I truly value.

Why are you an admissions counselor at George Fox University?

I believe in this school and the ways it is empowering students. My hope is that I can introduce others to my alma mater so they can have the opportunity to have the great experience that I did.
