International Studies is an interdisciplinary major designed to help students prepare for travel, work, and service abroad. Students with international and cross-cultural interests are encouraged to apply.

The International Studies curriculum incorporates a number of disciplines including political science, economics, religion, cultural anthropology, and foreign languages; however, you are not required to have completed previous course work in these fields in order to compete for this scholarship. The competition will include a writing component, a structured interactive exercise, and an interview with International Studies faculty.
