Summer Visit

If you would like to visit George Fox in the summer, we would encourage you to come to our Summer Visit Event. These days are Friday July 13th and Friday August 10th. We also have regular visit options each week (see below). To set up your summer visit or register for the Summer Visit Event, please let us know at least 24 hours ahead of time. Summer Visit Event Schedule:

  • 8:30-9am: Check in (see campus map)
  • 9-9:30am: Welcome & admissions intro
  • 9:30-12:25pm: SuperTour of campus.
    • Academics: Hear from a George Fox professor 
    • Athletics
    • Housing/Residence Life
    • Spiritual Life
    • Your Questions: Panel with current students, student financial services and an admissions counselor
  • 12:25-1:30: Taste the food
  • 1:30-2:15: Optional activities after lunch
    • Residence hall tours
    • Student Financial Services appointments
    • Admissions Counselor visits

Summer Individual Visit Options:

  • Campus tour (10 a.m. and 2 p.m.) 
        *This tour goes through a freshman dorm and room
  • Residence Hall Tour (Fridays only at 3:30 p.m.)
         *This tour goes through several freshman dorms and rooms
  • Meet with an admissions counselor
