Why give to George Fox?

Believing that God prompts hearts to give of time, talent, expertise and resources, we seek to actively involve donors in the Christ-centered work He's doing at George Fox University.

Because of our shared faith in our all-sufficient God, we trust Him to provide all the resources needed for George Fox University. The Lord works through our donors as they pray, volunteer and give to accomplish His purposes for the university. Their support to the university helps accomplish His work by:

• equipping students to pursue knowledge, seek truth and integrate faith in scholarly as well as vocational pursuits - ready to learn
• empowering students to contribute vitality, spirit and compassion to the world stage - willing to serve
• providing students with the tools and skills needed to lead innovative, productive and rewarding lives - able to lead

Being faithful stewards of the gifts and resources the Lord has entrusted to each of us involves the active partnership of all the members of the George Fox community - students, faculty, staff, alumni and friends. As the Scripture provides:

Bestow, which means to "present as a gift" - this is the response of those who are called to financially support George Fox University through their gifts to the Annual Fund, scholarship funds, or capital projects. The Lord works through our donors to make life-changing investment in equipping students for lives of purpose and fulfillment.
