The Next Effort

As the Defining Chapter nears its close, the university is actively securing leadership gifts for its next major priority - the construction of a new athletic field complex to be built on 23.8 acres of land generously donated by Ken and Joan Austin. Now , George Fox has a unique opportunity to raise the quality of its playing surfaces to match the quality of its programs by developing a new athletic field complex. In addition, the new complex will free up much needed space near campus and strengthen ties to the Newberg community.

The new athletic field complex will include practice and game facilities for men's and women's track, men's and women's soccer, baseball, and softball. In addition, the complex will include lighting, seating and facilities that will allow the university to host tournaments and NCAA Division III playoffs. Estimated project costs total $9.5 million.
