Education & Training
Diversity education is central to creating an inclusive campus environment by assisting students, faculty, and staff in increasing their knowledge and understanding of issues around race, culture, ethnicity, gender, and socio-economic status. This is why the Office of Transitions and Inclusion sponsors workshops designed to increase an understanding of diversity and the connection between theology and a diverse community. Faculty and staff play a key role in the creating a community of inclusion within the body of Christ, how they interact with students, teach their courses and design their curriculum.
