Spiritual Life Calendar, Fall 2009
George Fox is challenging students to a journey of relationship with Christ and the Fox community this fall.
The university's fall 2009 "eyewitness" spiritual life theme is based on 1 John 1:3: "We proclaim to you what we have seen and heard, so that you also may have fellowship with us. And our fellowship is the Father."
The community is invited to a series of chapels that explore the idea of engaging identity, community and the family of God. Featured speakers Robin Baker, Sarah Baldwin, Corey Beals and Steve Sherwood will speak from what they have eyewitnessed in their own lives and encourage you to pursue and cultivate relationships of your own.
Check the university's fall 2009 spiritual life calendar for specific speaker dates and topics.
Also this fall, George Fox will host several guest speakers and musician Justin McRoberts. Following are details on special chapels planned. The general public is invited to attend all sessions free of charge.
