About the Archives

Located in George Fox University's Murdock Learning Resource Center at the main campus in Newberg, Oregon, the archives are open to all interested researchers.  

Visitors will be asked to show photo identification the first time they come to the archives, and to sign in and out at every visit. 

Mission:

The George Fox University and Northwest Yearly Meeting of Friends Archives are devoted to the collection, preservation, arrangement and provision of access to the historical materials of George Fox University and the Northwest Yearly Meeting of Friends.  

The archives contribute to the Murdock Learning Resource Center's overall mission of supporting individual intellectual and personal growth, and serving the community's academic needs in the Friends tradition by providing access to recorded information.
