You're invited!

Please help us deliver better library services to George Fox students, faculty, staff, and administrators by participating in an electronic survey known as LibQUAL+® Lite.

Your participation in the survey is important because it will:

  • Help us better understand how the George Fox community rates current library services
  • Help us determine where we can concentrate service improvements for the George Fox community
  • Help us benchmark our results against other college libraries to determine best practices

The survey was developed by the Association of Research Libraries (ARL) and takes 5 to 7 minutes to complete, about half the time of the LibQUAL+™ survey administered at George Fox in 2008. Its purpose is to provide academic libraries with a standardized effective method to measure the quality of library services.

After you complete the survey, your e-mail address is separated from your response so that no one will be able to match your survey to your identity. Fill in your e-mail address at the end of the survey to be entered in a random drawing for one of eleven prizes. The grand prize is a $50 Amazon gift card, and the ten other prizes are $25 Amazon gift cards.

If you do not normally attend classes either in Newberg or the Portland Center, or use one of these library facilities, please select “N/A Distant Student,” when asked what library you use most often.  Likewise, if you find some questions relating to the physical space of the library that are not applicable, please mark “N/A”.

If you have additional questions or difficulty in accessing or completing the survey, please contact Merrill Johnson, University Librarian, at, or 503-554-2411.
