• Designed to serve as a "one-stop" student service building, with offices for student life, housing/residence life, career services, admissions, registrar, financial services, and multicultural services
• Houses the Center for Peace and Justice and the Center for Global Studies, as well as the IT center

• Contains five "technology-rich" classrooms
• Won multiple awards for the use of recycled materials and environmental friendliness
