• Course Descriptions and Registration Information

• Medical Release Form (due December 6, 2013) The Medical Release Form should be printed, signed and submitted to the Health and Counseling Center by December 2, 2011.

• Passport Instructions and Application Form (Passport is due January 17, 2014)

• Deposit form and Liability Form (due January 17, 2014) The Deposit form should be downloaded and completed in WORD, printed, signed and turned in with you deposit to Student Financial Office.

• Release of Information Form  (due January 17, 2014) This form should be downloaded, printed, filled out, signed, and turned into  the Juniors Abroad office (Woodmar 204)
