Tickets
Tickets are not required for the commencement ceremony but graduates are asked to limit guests to no more than 10.
Academic Regalia
All students must present their Student ID card to pick up their regalia.Department of Professional Studies graduates may pick up their regalia at the Portland Center Grad Night event on Tuesday, Nov. 27, between 4 and 6:30 p.m., or contact Sara Kelm (skelm@georgefox.edu).
Traditional Undergraduate students may pick up their regalia at the Exodus Grad Fair on Nov. 8, 2012 from 10am to 4pm in the Stevens Center Lobby.
MEd and EdD graduates may contact Julie Green (jgreen@georgefox.edu) to arrange to pick up their regalia between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. in December.
PsyD graduates (doctoral and masters) may contact Tammy O'Doherty (todohert@georgefox.edu) to arrange to pick up their regalia.
Graduate Department of Counseling graduates may contact Janelle Freitag (jfreitag@georgefox.edu) to schedule a time to pick up their regalia.
Seminary graduates may pick up their regalia at the seminary office in December during regular office hours.
MBA graduates may pick up their regalia at the Portland Center Grad Night event on Nov. 27 between 4 and 6:30 p.m. If graduates are not able to attend this event, they may pick up their regalia at the MBA office (Portland Center Room 195) Monday-Thursday, Dec. 3-6, between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m., Friday, Dec. 7, between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m.
