  • Disablility Services - Parking for disabled persons is available in the lot of the Wheeler Sports Center and in the large lot east of the Wheeler Sports Center. Those unable to climb stairs may enter Miller Gymnasium through the north doors directly off Fulton Street.  Call the Office of Academic Affairs (503-554-2140 or 800-765-4369, ext. 2140) or e-mail Lynn Scott at lscott@georgefox.edu by Monday, April 23, 2012 if any of your guests require special seating.   • Parking - Parking for the commencement ceremonies will be in the parking lots of Bauman Auditorium, Le Shana Hall and Coffin Hall. Both residence halls are accessible from Fulton Street.
  • Tickets - Tickets are required for the traditional undergraduate ceremony at 3:00 p.m. and will be mailed to each graduates' campus box in April. Each graduate will receive 6 tickets for Miller Gymnasium and 6 tickets for Bauman Auditorium (a live-streaming event). Tickets are not required for the 10 a.m. graduate, seminary and adult degree completion ceremony, but graduates are asked to limit guests to no more than 10.
  • Academic Regalia - All students must present their Student ID card to pick up their regalia.

    Traditional undergraduates may pick up their regalia at the Exodus Grad Fair on March 7-8 or at the Registrar's Office (Stevens Center) from Monday, April 16 through Friday, April 27, between 11 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. or 3:30 and 5 p.m.

    Adult Degree Completion graduates may pick up their regalia at the Portland Center Grad Night event on April 4 and 5, or contact Sara Kelm (skelm@georgefox.edu) to schedule a time to pick up their regalia.

    MAT full-time graduates may pick up their regalia at Judy Deale's office in the Villa Academic Complex April 17 - 26, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

    MAT at Night and MAT in the Community (Portland, Redmond and Salem) graduates will receive their regalia in their cohort class session.

    MEd and EdD graduates may pick up their regalia from Julie Green in the VAC (room 193) from April 16-26, 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. or 4 to 5 p.m.

    PsyD graduates (doctoral and masters) may pick up their regalia from Tammy O'Doherty in the VAC April 16-26 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

    Graduate Department of Counseling graduates may pick up their regalia at the Portland Center Grad Night event on April 4 and 5, or in their internship class the weeks of April 9 and 16. Contact jfrietag@georgefox.edu to pick up after April 20.

    Seminary masters graduates may pick up their regalia at the Portland Center Grad Night event on April 4 and 5, or at the Seminary office April 16-26 between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m.

    Seminary doctoral graduates may pick up their regalia from Dee Small in the Seminary office April 23-27 or just prior to the Seminary hooding ceremony on April 27.

    MBA graduates may pick up their regalia at the Portland Center Grad Night event on April 4 and 5, or at the MBA Office (Portland Center Room 195) on April 9-12, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. or April 13 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

  • DVD - The commencement ceremonies will be videotaped by the George Fox University Media Production Services.  DVD copies are available  by mailing this order form with paymant.
  • Graduation Photographs - We are pleased to announce that we have hired Jolesch Photography to be our commencement photographers. Students do not need to preorder or request photos before the ceremony. During the ceremony, Jolesch Photography will take a picture of every student and then notify graduates when photos are ready for online viewing.   Please click here for more information.
  • Flowers - Fresh flowers will be available for purchase near the east doors of the Wheeler Sports Center.
