  • Graduation Announcements - To order graduation announcements, diploma frames or college rings, go to Jostens.com or call Jostens at 1-800-854-7464. Announcements take two to three weeks to be sent, once they are ordered.

  • Disablility Services - Parking for disabled persons is available in the lot of the Wheeler Sports Center and in the large lot east of the Wheeler Sports Center. Those unable to climb stairs may enter Miller Gymnasium through the north doors directly off Fulton Street.

    Call the Office of Academic Affairs (503-554-2140 or 800-765-4369, ext. 2140) or e-mail Andrea Byerley at abyerley@georgefox.edu by Monday, April 21, if any of your guests require special seating.   • Parking - Parking for the commencement ceremonies will be in the parking lots of Bauman Auditorium, Le Shana Hall and Coffin Hall. Both residence halls are accessible from Fulton Street.

  • Tickets - Due to the large number of traditional undergraduates involved in the 2 p.m. commencement ceremony, tickets will be required for admission. The number of tickets to be distributed will be provided soon.

    Tickets are not required for the 7 p.m. commencement for graduate, seminary, and professional studies graduates. Seating is limited to no more than 10 guests per graduate.


  • Academic Regalia - All students must present their Student ID card to pick up their regalia.

    Traditional undergraduates will be able to pick up their regalia at the Exodus Grad Fair on March 12 and 13. If you are unable to pick up your regalia at that time, you may also do so at the registrar's office in the Stevens Center April 14-24, 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and 3:30 to 5 p.m.

    School of Professional Studies graduates: Cohorts P130, P131, P132, and S44 to receive regalia in their cohort class session. Students completing outside their original cohort may pick up regalia at Eilene Newman's office in the Portland Center (Room 168) April 14-25, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

    MAT full-time (Day) graduates may pick up their regalia at Judy Deale's office in the Villa Academic Complex (VAC 150 lobby) April 15, 3 to 7 p.m. and April 16-23, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

    MAT at Night and in the Community (Portland cohorts) graduates to receive their regalia in their cohort class session.

    MAT in the Community (Salem cohort) graduates to receive their regalia in their cohort class session.

    MAT (Redmond cohort) graduates to receive their regalia in their cohort class session.

    MEd and EdD graduates may pick up their regalia at Cindy Howard's office in the Portland Center (Room 183) April 14-17 & 21-24, 9 a.m. to noon and 1 to 5 p.m. and April 18&25, 9 a.m. to noon and 1 to 4:30 p.m.

    PsyD graduates (doctoral and masters) may pick up their regalia at the registrar's office in the Stevens Center April 14-24, 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and 3:30 to 5 p.m.

    Counseling graduates to receive their regalia in their internship class session.

    Seminary graduates may pick up their regalia at the Seminary office (Portland Center) April 14-25 during normal office hours.

    MBA graduates may claim their regalia in assembly room EHS 125 immediately prior to the MBA Hooding ceremony on April 26 . The MBA hooding ceremony will begin at 4 p.m. in Hoover 105 with a dinner/reception following in the Stevens Center Atrium.

  • DVD - The commencement and baccalaureate ceremonies will be videotaped by the George Fox University Media Communication Center. The commencement video will be made available as a podcast at this site.

  • Graduation Photographs - We are pleased to announce that we have hired Jolesch Photography to be our commencement photographers. Students do not need to preorder or request photos before the ceremony. During the ceremony Jolesch Photography will take a picture of every student, and within two weeks all students will receive a proof in the mail. If you would like to see the images online, feel free to click here for the commencement ceremony.

  • Flowers - Fresh flowers will be available for purchase near the east doors of the Wheeler Sports Center.
