1.3 Committee Reports:
Liz- met with Foxhole manager Katie/timeline for hiring
Sarah- met with assistant/ went over Sept. events; have received freshman applications!
Dana- Freshman interest, have given over 30 applications; trying to find meeting time for committee
Rob- lots of interest yet still positions to fill, will be posting applications in Bruin's Den; yearbook from last year (finish up)
Jessica- not yet hired but possibilities available and will be interviewing; one application for sound tech received; hoedown successful
Joey- successful in-service week! Looking for Mr. Bruin coordinator, applications coming
Sara - amazing committee, but can't find time to meet with all at once; urban services in 3 weeks (approx.), email Krissy with James project and urban dates, looking for missions coordinator
Annie - have emailed committee members, interested freshman graphic designers
Andrew - met with committee last night, Shalom on thurs. in the process of planning it, greenroom on Friday

-recap of previous ideas
- survey results:integrity and handling roles of leadership
- how to reach people
- creation of new mission statement
- how to be involved with Res. Life
- establishing new mission statement ---pending
Vision:
To Know:
-knowing and serving Jesus/ as a committee how do we do this
Community:
- involved with each others activities i.e. attending chapel, shalom
- asking one another how our walk with the Lord is; keeping each other accountable within CC and the broader outside community, as well as other student leaders on campus
Thoughtful activities and services:
-have a goal and check that all things we do align with these
-believing in each others activities and showing support, talking positive about them
-eliminate back biting / be of one mind
1.7 Furniture for the Foxhole - Liz
-broken couch/ needs replaced
-finding used rather than new
-wanting people to be excited to be involved there and letting it be used for various reasons (hang out, meeting space)
- display student art
- students can paint on specific parts of wall
- getting input from various departments and get them to contribute; music sets, art performances etc.
- night of student input and getting suggestions
- making a Foxhole committee?
1.8 One on One and Retreat Scheduling - Krissy and Joey
- master agenda- fill out weekly
- Retreat Oct. 2-4

- Friday 4th 9:00 ASC help with set up and clean up, Little Rascals, in the Amphitheater
