8.6 Budget Approval-Liz
Proposal: Adjusted budget for 09-10 school year
Rational:Adjusted accounts due to the under-budgeting of last years assumption of enrollment.  More money is available this year than expected, therefore budgets were changed to allocate the extra money.  These changes were made based on proposals and what was thought to be needed by the Finance Committee.

8.7 FoxHole Furniture Proposal-Liz
Proposal: ASC grant FoxHole $1,260.88 (plus shipping cost)
Rational:FoxHole needs new furniture couch $499.97, matching chair $ 399.97 (JCPenny.com)/both blenders are broken $260.98 ($130.34 each needs lighting $99.96 for all lights= $1,260.88 from equipment budget
Admendment: purchase lights = $99.96 and blenders =$260.98 plus shipping
Furniture being tabled until further information and research
