11.6 Community Life Fund Proposal
-Jessica
Proposal: $300 for Broom Ball event
Second: Andrew
Rationale: Getting to know each other experience for house residents at Fox.  It would be a good way to have people get to know each other who live in similar housing areas.  The requirments for the proposals for this fund are that is must affect more than 10 people and be a community builiding event.  It would leave $1,000 in the fund.

11.7 Student Project Fund Proposals-Jessica

This is evaluation that each proposal meets the requirements prescribed as the criteria for the Student Project Fund
Proposal: Lights in the canyon trail-approx.$ 4,000
Rationale: The trail has no lights and poses a liability. The location is bottom of the canyon and lead up to the Munn House. This would entail 8 lights at $400 a piece.

Proposal: Fans for the wheeler sports center; Individual cost for fans are $214.50 each.  Cost of 3-5 fans $643.50-1,072.50
Rationale: There is a lack of circulation in the gym.  These fans are from Sears.  They are sturdy and have 3 speeds. 

Proposal: Awning project for behind Ceramics lab and Print services
Rationale: This is a project that was proposed in the past, planned for, designed yet never finished.  The project would be done by Plant Services and cost $2,500.  It would eliminate current safety hazards and provide a place for students and faculty year round to use.
First three proposals pass 8-0-0

Proposal: Large exercise trampoline –cost $1,100.00
Rationale: a different means of exercise, entertainment for staff children and/or visitors.  Approx. cost is $1,100.00

11.8 MLK Serve Day Update-Krissy
Discussion with Brad and Shelly about this event.  Representation meeting from the various schools involved and requested ASC support both physically and verbally.  As ASC we need to help get the word out and show our support in various ways.  Jess and Joey meeting on Nov. 19th to get more information
