Accounting Club

Description: The accounting club strives to meet the needs of all accounting students throughout their time at George Fox University. The club seeks to connect students with tutoring for accounting classes. The club also provides sophomore, junior, and senior level accounting majors with opportunities to meet future employers and learn more about their career options.

College Republicans

Contact: Tiffany Babcock
Description: A student organization dedicated to representing republican college students. We promote political awareness, encourage voter registration and have active involvement with local and national politics. We work to represent local candidates, host republican events and speakers, and actively strive to promote political dialogue on our campus.


International Club

Description: We are a club for International students and American students alike. The activities we plan are in an effort to connect the International Students with American students. It’s a great way to learn about and connect with other cultures. We have a minimum of two (2) activities per month. Please come and invest in other’s lives while having a wonderful time.


International Justice Missions

Description: The club exists to:
1. Raise up voices in prayer to intercede on the behalf of abuse and oppression;
2. Raise awareness of injustice in our world on campuses, churches, and communities;
3. Raise understanding of God’s call to everyone to seek justice with their lives; and
4. Raise money to support IJM’s work to bring rescue to more victims of abuse and oppression in our world.

GFU's International Justice Mission Chapter has monthly meetings that anyone can attend. We would love to have you be a part of this amazing mission.


Outdoors Club

Description: We organize events in the outdoors for any and all who students who would like to participate. We attempt to do two (2) significant outings per semester and all kinds of smaller events throughout the year.


Philosophy Club

Description: We are a club that challenges students to apply their philosophical studies through Christian principles. Collegiality is important for students in philosophy club here at George Fox; intellectual engagement converges with social interaction. We meet with each other to pray, worship, discuss, and contribute to this campus both intellectually as students and spiritually as Christians. We host events such as a intellectual feast, the community garden, and various other forums concerning academic publishing here at Fox. We are committed to labor side by side other clubs as necessary, and we hope to even correspond with other schools. We believe that Christian thought spurs Christian action; action that must be guided by the Holy Spirit of Christ. Come and grow both intellectually and spiritually.


Quare Verum

Description: The purpose of this organization is to seek the truth in all areas of like including but not limited to: political, theological, social, economic, personal and communal relational areas of life.


Sigma Zeta

Contact: Lisa Anderson
Description: We are a National Honor Society for science and math majors. At George Fox, we as science majors gather together to enjoy each other’s company; students and professors alike. It’s a great way to get to know science students and faculty in a laid back environment. We host a variety of events including guest speakers and social events. Social events typically include a pizza party, a progressive dinner, and several fun events hosted by our science faculty. Our mission is to create a learning environment but above all, one that honors Christ and is able to have fun with and without science.

Skate Ministry Team

Description: The Skate Ministry Team is dedicated to actively sharing the love of Christ with the youth of the Newberg Skate Park on a weekly basis, by meeting their basic needs of friendship, food, skate equipment and the invaluable truth of Jesus Christ!
