Table Request
You can reserve tables in the Student Union Building to advertise your events in person. These are normally used for sign-ups or simply spreading awareness about your event or cause.
Please select the day(s) and time(s) you want on the calendar below.
ASC has one table in the SUB from 8:00am - 4:00pm and two tables from 4:00pm - 8:00pm. If no time slots are available between 8:00am and 4:00pm then the ASC Table has already been reserved. However, if you want a time slot after 4:00pm please email the ASC PR Director to see if there is a table still available for the time you want.

Each Table Reservation is 2 hours long. If you want to reserve a longer time period or multiple days, please submit a second reservation.
