Proposal: $526.50 for Chehalem Aquatic Center from PCWB

Discussion:

            -Outcomes

  • If this event was planned earlier, it would’ve been a successful event
  • Seeing if we’re assessing this based on success, or on the actual event
  • Halloween was a huge night, should have happened on a different night

            -Decisions

  • Students need to put in proposals two weeks early
  • Putting in requests before event is “at your own risk” because it’s not a guaranteed passed proposal
  • Doesn’t show well from Central to vote yes, then vote no after seeing success rate
  • This is a special case; form wasn’t turned in early enough, not passed soon enough
