  • E. Caudillo works hard enough to have this raise

    • What do we do when E. Caudillo is gone?
    • This is a special case, the increase is not in his job description ($1,500) but he is an extreme special case
    • He is passionate about this, and didn’t ask for this extra money, he just deserves more than his job description
      • Think about the extra work Central Committee is doing, and how they aren’t being paid more
      • What if we just gave him a special bonus after he works hard all year?
