The purpose of this organization is to provide its members with an opportunity to participate in a community of nursing students that fosters encouragement and support between the various classes. This organization also funtions as a means for its members to serve the community in preparation for their future profession.
The George Fox Nursing Club is a community of students that engage in cross class year interaction and service projects to aid in preparing for life after college. The club engages in activities such as blood drives and other service projects to gain nursing experience, skills, and knowledge. As well, the club meets together for community building events such as cookie decorating parties and exercise groups to create bonds and camaraderie among the class years.
Meeting Information: Nursing Club meeting will be the 2nd and 4th Monday of each month from 6-7pm in Hoover 102.
