The Motivational Sketch is a FREE online tool offered by Career Services through which you will gain insight into your work style. Just to let you know, this is a $45 value that you may take advantage of FREE! It's designed to help you toward success in your academic experience and future career. Please notify us if you have any questions regarding this exercise or planning for your future.
The Motivational Sketch is now available online. It will take about 20 minutes to complete. We need you to sign up by emailing careers@georgefox.edu. We will email the access information to you. Following receipt of the results, you can get individual counsel or join one of our feedback groups which will be announced. You will also be asked to give some feedback by email.
The Motivational Sketch is designed to help you discover a basic picture of your natural work motivation and the kind of work activity in which you will thrive. Understanding how you work best will help you in any field, industry or job you might consider.
Your Motivational Sketch will:
Encourage you to value your dominant motivational strengths.
Offer practical advice for maximizing any career, employment or volunteer opportunity.
Provide language that assists you in discussing this vital information on an individual or team basis.
