Lab Printing

Our CAI lab (Stevens Center 3rd floor) has two HP Laserjet printers - one black & white, and one color. We can print nearly any type of document, picture, presentation, etc. (in black & white, or color). We also sell supplies to create overheads in black and white or color We have one simple rule when printing: you pay for ANYTHING you print, accidental or not. A helpful hint, then, would be to make use of the print preview option available in most all applications.

The Hoover and LeShana labs only have a black and white printer, you will still need to add funds to your printing account at the Service Desk to use these printers if your account is empty.

You may prepay at the Service Desk up to $10.00 for printing. This creates a declining balance for you to charge your printing costs.

When printing transparencies, you must use transparencies provided by the Service Desk otherwise you will damage the printer. They cost $1.00 each.
