CAI Lab Reservation Form


Newberg CAI Lab reservations are now made on the university's calendar system Request Form.

Reccuring requests can be made with one submission. The Newberg lab has 20 computers and the Portland lab 16 computers available for reservation.
  • Same day and time each week. For a Tuesday and Thursday class, enter T TH with start and end time. A request for every Tuesday and Thursday will be entered for the entire semester.
  • Same time and varied dates. Enter the start and end times in the appropriate field. List dates in the additional comments field. A request will be entered for each day indicated.

Additional instructions:
For exclusive-use requests, the CAI Lab staff will begin clearing the lab five minutes before your scheduled time. For all other requests, an appropriate block of computers will be reserved while general use continues on the remaining computers.
If you need custom software (beyond what is normally installed on the computers) be sure to contact the IT Service Desk at least two weeks before your reservation.
For questions or to change a reservation, please call ext. 2569. Please keep us posted on any changes to your reservation. The CAI Lab experiences significant usuage, and users don't appreciate getting removed from their computers for a group that doesn't show.
