Instructional Media Services (IMS)
Instructional Media Services (IMS) provides consistent and customer-friendly assistance with access to audio, video, and computer equipment and services. All requests are made through the Institutional Technology Service Desk.
Services provided
- Reservation, delivery, and set-up of audiovisual equipment for classes and university meetings
- Audio and video tape duplication
- Assistance with converting audio, video, and still images from traditional to digital formats
- Consultation on instructional uses of technology
- Smart Classrooms

Please be prepared to provide the following information: your name, office location, department, telephone number, e-mail address, budget number, date and time of equipment set-up, date and time of equipment return, course name and catalog number or event name, course or event location, equipment needed, and any special comments or instructions.
Student organizations may reserve equipment through their faculty/staff sponsor. Please submit an IMS Equipment Authorization Form.
Students may reserve equipment for academic use through their instructor or academic department. Please submit an IMS Equipment Authorization Form.
