Equipment is for on campus use and is reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. The above checked equipment will be reserved and issued under the name of the George Fox employee. The employee is responsible for the timely return of the equipment and the condition of the equipment. Any damage to the equipment will be charged to the employee's departmental account.
Requests for equipment should be made at least 48 hours before the equipment is needed.
