Mailbox Key Return Policy

Returning Students:

  1. Keep your mailbox key over the summer.
  2. Your mail will be forwarded to the address you gave Mail Services in April.
  3. If you accidently returned your mailbox key at the beginning of summer:
    • Stop at Mail Services when you return to campus.
    • You will be given your mailbox key at that time.

Graduating Seniors:

  1. You must return mail box key to avoid a $ 15.00 key charge.
  2. Return the mailbox key to Mail Services the last day you are on campus.

Withdrawing students: (During or at the end of the semester:)

  1. Return your mail box key to avoid a $ 15.00 key charge.
  2. Return the mailbox key to Mail Services the last day you are on campus.

Withdrawing students: (During the summer:)

  1. Please notify Mail Services of your withdrawing from school.
  2. Return the mailbox key - within a week in a padded envelope - to:

    Newberg, OR 97132

Failure to return the mail box key as listed above (graduating or withdrawing):

A $15.00 fine will be applied to your student account.
