MLRC study room information

  • Rooms 101, 102, and 103 are located on the main floor of the MLRC.
  • The Upstairs Study Room is located on the 2nd Floor next to the Special Collections Room.
  • The primary purpose of these rooms is for group study. All study rooms may be reserved
    by students, faculty, and staff. George Fox University students, faculty and employees are given first preference.
    On occasion, reservations will be accepted for activities related to the George Fox Community.
  • Fill out the online form. The circulation supervisor will check the room availability and confirm your reservation by email.
    If the room has already been reserved, you will be notified of that as well.
  • Reservations are usually made for no more than 4 hours or for more than one occurrence.

Faculty may contact the Circulation Supervisor for exceptions.
