Room reservations
GFU students, faculty and staff can reserve rooms for group study or meetings. On occasion, reservations will be accepted for activities related to the George Fox Community.
Study Rooms at the Murdock Learning Resource Center
Room reservations at the MLRC must be made at least one day in advance. Same day room usage without reservation is available on a first-come first-served basis.
Locations:
- Rooms 101, 102, and 103 are located on the main floor of the MLRC (map)
- The Upstairs Study Room is located on the 2nd Floor next to the Special Collections Room, which currently houses the Academic Resource Center.
Request:
- Submit the online form. The circulation supervisor will check the room availability and let you know via email whether the reservation can be made.
Duration:
- Reservations can be made for up to four hours. Contact the Circulation Supervisor for exceptions.
Study Rooms at the Portland Center Library
PCL has four multi-purpose rooms available, primarily intended for group study. All rooms include a video set-up.
