These are the submission deadlines for course grades. Please mark these dates on your calendar and consider them when you are planning your syllabi.

Faculty are expected to submit final grades in a timely manner. Final grades must be entered through Bruindata, due two weeks after the course end date. This applies to fall, spring, and summer semesters. This policy also applies to courses that do not meet the full length of the semester.

Final grading remains open throughout the semester and closes two weeks after the end of the semester.

Bruindata is available 8:30 am - midnight (Pacific Daylight Time).

Fall Semester
Wed, October 24, 8:00 am-Fri, October 26, 5:00 pm, Mid-semester online grade entry (traditional undergraduate only). Click here to download this date to Outlook.
Fri, November 30, 5:00 pm, Doctoral dissertation signed approval sheets due.
Fri, December 28, 5:00 pm, Final grade entry deadline.

Spring Semester
Thurs, March 6, 8:00 am-Fri, March 7, 5:00 pm, Mid-semester grade entry (traditional undergraduate only).
Fri, April 11, 5:00 pm, Doctoral dissertation signed approval sheets due.
Fri, May 9, 5:00 pm, Final grade entry deadline.

May Term
Fri, May 30, 5:00 pm, Final grade entry deadline.

Summer Semester
Final grading is available through Bruindata throughout summer semester, April 28 - August 29.
All final grades are due no later than 5 p.m. on September 12.

Reminder: Our grading system does not contain the grades "A+" and "D-".

Transcripts: End-of-semester transcripts will be available to students 10 calendar days following the date grades are due.
