This course plan is designed for those who are planning to pursue the Cooperative 3-1 Degree Program Concentration with the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising. Students apply during their junior year and attend FIDM their senior year to complete a specialized major. Graduates receive a bachelor of science degree in family and consumer sciences with a concentration in merchandise marketing from GFU and an associate of arts degree from FIDM. Students will need to take 45 quarter hours from FIDM that will transfer over to GFU at 22 semester credits making a total of 126 for their bachelor of science degree. You may receive a list of the required coursework at FIDM from the FCSC department.
