Foreign Language Equivalencies
For languages for which a CLEP or AP test is not available, an Oral Proficiency Interview may provide the student opportunity to prove proficiency in the language and receive academic credit as outlined in the table below. The proficiency levels are those established by the American Council for the Teaching of Foreign Language.
Testing services are available through Language Testing International.
For proctoring services, contact Debbie Berho.
A maximum of 32 semester credits may be earned at George Fox University through examination or other non-classroom credit procedures. This includes all alternative credit opportunities.
