Enrollment Deposit - Current Undergraduates
A $300 enrollment deposit is required prior to enrollment at George Fox University. This deposit is not pre-payment on tuition but will be applied to any outstanding charges on the student's account at the time of graduation or official withdrawal (any credit will be issued to the student after their account is closed). The date the deposit is received is used to establish priority for class registration and housing.
Cancellations after May 1 for Fall term and less than 60 days from the start of Spring term, will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Continuing students who complete the official withdraw process more than 30 days prior to the start of a semester and have no outstanding balance on their account will receive a 100% refund of the Enrollment Deposit.
Continuing students who complete the official withdraw process more than 30 days prior to the start of a semester and have an outstanding balance on their account will have the Enrollment Deposit applied against that balance, and any remaining credit will be issued to the student as a refund. Students who withdraw within 30 days of the start of a semester, or who do not officially withdraw from the university, but stop attending classes will forfeit the Enrollment Deposit.
Students who graduate from the university will have the Enrollment Deposit applied to any outstanding balance at the end of their last semester of attendance, and any remaining credit will be issued to them as a refund.
