Bookstore Charges Guidelines

Traditional Undergraduate Students (Newberg Campus)

  • All online book orders must be purchased with a credit/debit card.If students are receiving financial aid excess funds, they may choose to pay off their credit card if/when they receive their student loan excess funds check after financial aid disburses to their Student Account.
  • Voc Rehab, and Trade Act students must contact Sherri Moore directly to discuss bookstore charge options.
  • Per the Bookstore:
    • Fall books will populate to the website during the first week of July.
    • Spring books will populate to the website during the first week of December.
    • Summer books will populate to the website during the first week of May.

Graduate and Adult Degree Completion Students (Portland, Salem, Boise and Redmond sites)

  • All online book orders must be purchased with a credit/debit card.  If students are receiving financial aid excess funds, they may choose to pay off their credit card if/when they receive their student loan excess funds check after financial aid disburses to their Student Account.
  • There is no longer an option for books to be couriered to the Portland or Salem campuses.  As of Summer 2012 the bookstore now offers free ground shipping to students, so they may have the book shipped directly to their home at no cost.
