Federal and State Grant Programs

The Federal Pell Grant and the Federal Supplemental Educational Opportunity Grant (SEOG) is funded by the federal government.  Funds are awarded to high need students based on results from the FAFSA.  Eligibility for the SEOG is set by both the federal government and George Fox.

The Oregon Opportunity Grant (OOG) program is funded through The Oregon Student Assistance Commission.  This grant is generally awarded to high need students as determined by the FAFSA, policies set by OSAC and who are residents of the State of Oregon.

These scholarships are awarded by the academic departments and the Scholarship Committee of the University to only returning students. Application for these scholarships for the coming year will be available during Spring semester.
