James Project

What is James Project?

James Project is a community service outreach ministry that exists to relationally link students to their community and to develop an inspiration for service modeled in the example of Jesus Christ (Matt 20:28). Students are able to live out their faith each week by coming alongside organizations invested in our community, such as: Faith in Action, Friendsview, Habitat for Humanity, Love Inc., 5 Rock Ranch and others. We hope that through this experience each student will not only be spiritually filled but also immersed into the community and people they meet.

In the book of James, Christians are called to act on the love that our faith embodies (Jam 2:18). This ministry seeks to enable and teach students to demonstrate Christian hospitality to the surrounding community.
